Our meals are cooked from raw fresh ingredients; even our shortcrust pastry and triple cooked chips are produced in our kitchen by our team on a daily basis. All of our fresh ingredients are sourced within a 40 mile radius of the pub and delivered on a daily basis. We offer a varied menu including a wide range of gluten free meals. In addition we offer quality award winning Badger Ales and a great selection of wines.

 

Sunday lunch sees the addition of a new carvery with a choice of 3 succulent meats and a choice of 5 freshly cooked vegetables alongside homemade Yorkshire puddings and fluffy roast potatoes. Our Sunday Carvery’s are very popular so booking is advisable.

 

Our food service hours are Monday: 12 – 8.30 p.m, Tuesday to Saturday: 12 – 9 p.m, Sunday: 12 – 8 p.m. (only carvery served 2.30 – 8 p.m.)

Lobster – Order your lobster by Wednesday night to come in and eat on Friday night. Ordered by weight (2 -5 lbs) served hot with Thermidor sauce or cold with lemon, garlic & dill mayo. Market price on the day – approx £62 for 41lbs – enough for 2 to share!
